Welcome to the Second Edition of Zodiak Free Arts Lab West!
Krautrock was born at the Zodiak Free Arts Lab, Berlin in 1968. Groups like Tangerine Dream played epic shows and anyone could experiment with futuristic sounds between sets, sparking new projects.
We are recreating that scene. Local avant garde acts will bring instruments like synthesizers, keytars, circuit bent toys, and banjoes to try out between the bands.
Kid Mask industrial punk, hardcore dystopian cyber-demon beats. Lab-vat organ transplants, nerve-graph-depth-shokk. VirtuallySimulated–bodily-harm. bodily fluids glyph charge type-beat.
Distance Research on going experimental electronic project by Sean Patrick Faling. This project began in Providence RI in 1997 and continues today.
